DESCRIPTION:Transitions and Beyond is for families who are further along in their autism journey and beginning to navigate more complex support needs. Whether you’re exploring school experiences\, fostering social connections\, preparing for adulthood\, managing co-occurring needs\, or building long-term plans\, this group offers a supportive space for connection\, shared strategies\, and deeper understanding through lived experience. \nDate: 2nd Thursday of each month \nTime: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM\nLocation: Online (Zoom) \nRegistration is required to attend. Group sessions will accommodate up to 15 participants. \nLog in to register: \nTeal button with white text reading “register now” in all caps.\n  \n  \n  \n  \nWho it’s for: \nCaregivers of autistic preteens\, teens\, and young adults (typically ages 10–18+) who are further along in their journey and navigating deeper support needs or transitions.  \nAdditional details: \n\nAdvanced registration is required\nAutismBC membership is required to participate in this event.
