One of the best ways to help people with Autism Spectrum Disorder is to volunteer. At Autism BC, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities to fit your skills and interests. Who can volunteer?
Anyone over the age of 16 years old is eligible to apply for a volunteer position with Autism BC, individuals on the spectrum are also encouraged to apply.
Do you want to bring credible autism information to your community?
One of the greatest ways you can positively impact your community is to join Autism BC as a Community Group Facilitator. Our community groups bring credible information, presented by experts, to communities across BC and connect families in their autism journey. As a Community Group Facilitator, you will determine the specific autism information need in your community. With the support of Autism BC’s regional offices you will organize an appropriate speaker, set up a venue for your Community Group and facilitate meetings to promote a safe and informative dialogue exchange. This position is for parents of individuals with autism.
