DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to invite you to the third annual AutismBC Goes to Max Party at 365 Fundays in Richmond!  \nThis free community event is for families with children aged 3–12\, including siblings in the same age range. Exclusively for AutismBC members\, Max Party is a group celebration where every child gets to experience a shared birthday\, with a cupcake and a birthday wish for all!  \nThe venue will be open at half capacity to support a sensory-friendly and inclusive experience for everyone.  \nEach year\, the theme changes. This year\, we are celebrating with a Pokémon theme! The party will be filled with fun and excitement\, neurodivergent-friendly dining options\, themed takeaways\, and unforgettable memories.  \nThanks to the generous\, ongoing support of DC Complete Financial\, the experience is valued at $170 per child\, generously donated to our AutismBC members! Their partnership empowers\, supports and connects our community year after year. We are grateful to Max and his family for sharing this celebration with our community again\, and to DC Complete Financial for their continued community support\, making this special day possible. \nEvent Details \nWhat: \n\nAn evening of fun\, community and connection at 365 Fundays\, an indoor jungle-themed play space in Richmond \nThis sensory-considerate event is a space where children can move\, play\, and just be themselves\, and where families can meet and connect with one another \nThe entire facility will be reserved for our members and their families to enjoy a sensory-considerate birthday party experience\n\nA low stimulus room will be available as a calm/chill-out space for those who need a break or quiet time during the event\nOlder siblings (13+) are welcome to attend and are invited to bring their own devices or headphones\n\nBoard games will be available in the dining/cafe area for those who’d like to play\n Please note that this event is designed for children aged 3–12\, and older siblings will not have access to the playground area\nWe kindly encourage families to consider alternative plans for teens if possible\n\n\nFried Asian chicken strips and fries\nCream of corn with minced chicken on rice (gluten free)\nMacaroni and cheese\nTeriyaki tofu on riceNeurodivergent-friendly dinner included:\n\n\n\n\nCupcakes are the Individual Birthday cakes for each attendee! Register here\n\n\nAutistic and neurodivergent children ages 3-12 and their parents/caregivers/siblings\nA waitlist will be maintained\, and any available spots will be offered in the order in which registrations were received \nAdvance registration is required \n\nWhere:  \n\n365 Fundays\, 3810 Jacombs Rd.\, Unit 120\, Richmond (Google Maps)\nWe recommend taking a digital visual walkthrough of 365 Fundays before you arrive \nThis venue includes vibrant\, multi-level play structures with slides\, tunnels\, and additional sensory-friendly areas such as the themed rooms\n\nKnow Before You Go: \n\nAll children must be accompanied by 1-2 legal guardians\nParticipant registration is based on eligibility criteria and then on a first-come\, first-served basis  \nAll participants must be registered individually as an attendee\, including child\, parent\, and or caregivers \nPlease ensure every child attending is registered before arrival to ensure a fair and inclusive experience for all\, preventing us from going over capacity and having to decline at the door \nParents/caregivers are responsible for their children \nThis is not a drop-off event \nSocks are required for all children and adults \nAdults are not to sit with children on their laps within the playground structure \nNo shoes are allowed in the play area \n\nCancellation policy: \n\n\n\nThis is a high-demand event\, and we often have an extensive waitlist \nTo ensure fair and equitable access for all our members\, we kindly ask that you \n\nProvide at least 48 hours’ notice if you are no longer able to attend \nUpdate your registration directly through our Members Portal\nIf you do not provide notice and do not attend\, you will be placed on the waitlist for the next AutismBC Goes opportunity to ensure fairness for all members. \n\n\n\n\nPlease note: AutismBC reserves the right to cancel your registration if you do not meet the eligibility criteria for this event. \n\nThank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure these valued opportunities remain accessible to everyone in our community \n\n\n\nRegistration Requirements: \n\nYou must log in to your AutismBC membership account to register for this event \nAll individuals attending the event must be registered separately\n\nThis includes each child\, parent\, and/or caregiver\n\n\nRegistration will be processed based on eligibility criteria\, followed by first-come\, first-served availability\n\nEach household is permitted to register a maximum of two legal guardians and up to five total individuals\n\n\nThis event is designed for children aged 3–12\n\nLimited space is available for siblings aged 13 and older\nInfants under the age of 1 must also be registered\n\n\nParents/Caregivers are responsible for their own children’s care\nAll individuals must wear socks\nNo shoes are allowed in the play area\nPlease ensure that you register all family members who will be attending the event \n\nIf you have difficulties with logging in or registering\, please email us at programs@autismbc.ca  \n\nDon’t have an AutismBC free membership?
