DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to return for our third annual private event in partnership with Energyplex Kelowna! Back by popular demand—Play Cards are available again this year.  \nIf you’d like to include a Play Card with your child’s admission\, you can select that option during registration. Please note that passes are limited and will be offered on a first-come\, first-served basis.  \nLet’s play\, connect\, and continue building an inclusive community together!  \nWhat:  \n\nA FREE event for adult family members\, children aged 1-14\, and caregivers.\n\nAccess to the Kids Zone is included in the registration for this event and sponsored by Energyplex!\n\n\n\nOptional: Pay $10 and get a $20 Play Pass card \n\n40 discounted children’s Play cards are available for purchase—first come\, first served.\n\nPlay Cards can be spent on additional activities at Energyplex\, such as rock wall climbing\, laser tag\, arcade games\, and the Skytrax.\nDiscounted Play Cards will only be available while supplies last\, so we recommend registering early!\nNote: Play Cards can also be purchased directly at Energyplex for the regular price. Learn more: https://www.energyplex.ca/our-rates/\n\n\n\nWhen:  \n\nThursday\, May 8\, 5–7 PM PST \n\nWhere: \n\n130-948 McCurdy Rd.\, Kelowna (Google Maps) \n\nWho:  \n\nThis event is open to AutismBC Interior family members with children aged 1-14. \n\nKnow Before You Go: \n\nPlease read the disclaimer information below before registering for this event.\n\nThis event is designed for children ages 1–14\, in alignment with Energyplex’s age guidelines.\n\n\n\n\nOptional Discounted Play Cards:\n\n\n\nOnly 40 discounted Play Cards are available for purchase—first come\, first served.\nChildren must attend the event to receive the $20 Play Card.\nTo ensure fair access\, AutismBC may limit the number of Play Cards per family if demand is high.\n\n\nEvent refunds:\n\nIf you cannot attend\, please cancel at least 48 hours prior notice to the start of the event so waitlisted members can attend\, and you will receive a full refund for those purchasing child admission + Optional Play Cards.\n\n\n\n\nOutside food and drinks are not permitted\, but the concession stand will be open for refreshments.\nAll guests must remove their shoes and wear socks while inside.\nA parent or caregiver must stay on-site with their child(ren) for the duration of the event—this is not a drop-off program.\nA venue waiver will need to be signed upon arrival.\nLet us know if you have any questions or accessibility needs—we’re here to support you.\n\nRegistration Details:  \n\nRegistration for this event opens on Wednesday\, April 16\, 2025\, at 8:00 AM.\nRegistration closes for this event on Monday\, May 5\, 2025\, at noon.\nYou must log in to your AutismBC membership account to register for this event.\nPlease ensure that you register all family members who will be attending the event.\nPurchase of Play Cards is not required but recommended for those who would like to access the additional activities offered by Energyplex.\nIf you’d like to include a $20 (95 credits) Play Card with your child’s admission\, you can select that option during registration.\nIf you have difficulties with logging in or purchasing tickets\, please email us at programs@autismbc.ca\n\nHow to register: \n\n\n\nClick “Register” and fill out the registration form.\n\n\n\n  \nRegistration Closed.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \nAbout AutismBC Goes:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAt AutismBC Goes events\, we aim to foster a sense of community and belonging\, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to participation.
