Contact Us

At AutismBC, our services and support include reliable resources, personalized guidance, and province-wide programs—such as information services, social clubs, peer support groups, and educational workshops—to help you navigate local supports effectively.

We understand the frustration of being redirected without answers, so our team offers trusted guidance to find solutions tailored to your needs. Visit our FAQs and Resource Pages for quick, independent access to common inquiries before submitting a request.

    Our Service Limitations—AutismBC Does Not:
    • provide direct navigation or placements to service providers
    • complete or submit funding forms
    • manage, coordinate, intervene or advocate in legal, harassment, or service dispute matters
    • offer crisis or emergency response services
    • offer individual advocacy or case-specific intervention.

We recommend reviewing our FAQs and Resource Pages to explore many of the commonly asked questions—we’ve created these tools to help you find answers quickly and independently.

For experiences related to service access, we recommend reaching out to the following organizations:

    Response time:

Please note our program team primarily works part-time, and while we are committed to supporting our community, it’s realistic to expect a response within 6–10 business days. We may triage inquiries based on urgency or scope, but we are not a crisis service.

    If you’re in immediate crisis:

Please contact a local emergency service or crisis line for support.

    • 24/7 Mental Health line at 310-6789 (no area code needed) or 988,
    • The Suicide hotline at 1-800-784-2433, or
    • Emergency services at 9-1-1

Additional resources and pathways to support — including autism-informed and community-based options — are available in our Resource Blog for those navigating crisis in BC.
