AutismBC Meets: Families/Caregivers of Adults on the Spectrum
November 22 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Sometimes all you need is to connect with people who “get it” and to be recharged and uplifted to keep going for the next little while.
Topic: Join us at our upcoming adult caregiver meet-up, where we’ll be addressing the intersection of autism and addiction. This session offers a valuable exploration of the distinctive challenges faced by caregivers supporting individuals managing both autism and addiction. We will provide practical insights, discuss coping strategies, and resources to navigate this dual dynamic. It’s an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow caregivers, share experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of effective support methods. Let’s foster a supportive community and empower each other on this crucial topic. Don’t miss out on this chance to learn, network, and grow together.
How: We’re hassle-free! Just bring yourself and your listening ears, and maybe a cup of your favourite coffee or tea.
When: Wednesday, November 22, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
