AutismBC Meets: Self-Discovery

Self-discovery is for autistic and neurodivergent adults (18+) who are exploring their identity, diagnosis, and/or have lived experience. Meeting online, this supportive peer community offers a safe and affirming environment to connect with others who truly get it, whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identified, or simply looking for your people. Together, participants explore autistic identity and self-understanding, celebrate individual strengths, and support one another’s mental health and wellbeing. No masking required — just show up as you are.

AutismBC Meets — Building Connection and Community
Together, we are stronger. Discover the power of community to uplift, educate, and support one another.
AutismBC Meets are peer-to-peer support groups designed to help you build community. Whether you are a parent or caregiver of a newly diagnosed child, managing a child’s ongoing support needs, exploring your evolving role as a caregiver of an adult, seeking connections with other professionals, or discovering your own neurotype, there is an AutismBC Meets group for you.
AutismBC Meets is a peer-led support space, not a clinical or crisis service. If you are seeking connection, clarity, empathy, and a deeper understanding, this is the place for you.
All AutismBC Meets are held online via Zoom, making it easy to join from anywhere in B.C.
