AutismBC Socials: Yoga Club
July 4 @ 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm
AutismBC Socials offer community members with common interests and hobbies a way to connect openly and safely online. Join Noelle’s Introduction to Yoga and Movement Class every month and be part of an all-accepting group. This class is intended to bring together autistic adults from across BC.
What to expect: This is a non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself. As Noelle guides you through a series of breath and body movements, you will feel relaxed and centred while practicing mindfulness that will benefit your mental and physical well-being. After the class, we will keep the Zoom Room open for those looking to connect with others.
“The Journey to Myself Through Yoga.”
