Sometimes all you need is to connect with people who “get it” and to be recharged and uplifted to keep going for the next little while. Join other parents and caregivers of age 10+ children and teens on the spectrum every Thursday morning for a Zoom chat. 

How: We’re hassle-free! Just bring yourself and your listening ears, and maybe a cup of your favourite coffee or tea.

Topic: Neurodivergence & Mental Health: Navigating Support for Autistic  Children & Youth

Join us for a casual yet informative discussion exploring the intersection of neurodivergence and mental health. We’ll be diving into the ins and outs of navigating mental health services and supports tailored for autistic youth. If time allows, we’ll also check out some insightful videos from the Mental Health Literacy Guide. This Meets is a fantastic opportunity to connect with our community, share experiences, and discover effective support for our families. Looking forward to a casual and informative session!
